    Our driveway is very steep and can be slippery when wet. For that reason, 4wd capability was a purchase requirement. The Vitara Allgrip, in "auto" (IE normal) mode switches seamlessly, almost imperceptibly, from 2wd to 4wd, with no slippage. Outstanding! The car is very comfortable, and the feeling for driver and passenger is that the vehicle is sure-footed and grounded. Acceleration and gear shifting are swift, smooth and controlled. The handling and performance easily matches a Subaru Outback, while the economy is simply wonderful. After only a few days, consumption is about 6.4 litres per 100 km.

    For me it was important that I could have a decent sized compact SUV with a decent sized boot, fuel efficient, nice interior and a drivers seat that I could just slip into (myself being 158cms tall). I have found all of those things in the Suzuki Vitara. It is easy to park as well as being practical in size.

    I fell in love with this vehicle the moment I drove it. I have been looking for at least a year maybe more. And I have driven so many vehicles I seriously thought I would give up. One last ditch effort and there she was. I didnt even come in to look at this vehicle but she caught my eye.
